WePlay Network SECURITY AND ECOLOGY POLICY (“SEP”)
Last updated: May 29th, 2026
Version 4.0
Introduction
The primary goal of WePlay Network is rooted in its vision: to create a tailored environment for recreational players. It is a space where recreational players can relax and enjoy their games without concern that unfair practices, unethical conduct, or predatory behaviour may negatively impact their experience.
The purpose of this document is to empower the WePlay Network team to maintain this carefully designed ecosystem through the enforcement of strict rules, regulations, and restrictions. All participants on the WePlay Network are expected to adhere to this Security & Ecology Policy, without exception.
1. General Terms
1.1. The Security & Ecology Policy (“SEP”), maintained and operated by the WPN Anti-Fraud and Ecology Team (“Security Team”), must be fully acknowledged by the End User (“User”) before participating in any games on the WePlay Network (‘WPN’)
1.2. By playing on the WPN, the User agrees to comply with the terms of the SEP. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of all current and future amendments to this Policy.
1.3. The SEP is designed to protect the integrity, fairness, security, sustainability, and long-term ecology of the WPN and its games.
1.4. The User bears full responsibility for the security and activity of their account, including all gameplay, login activity, devices used, and any actions performed through the account.
1.5. The WPN reserves the right to make changes to the SEP at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated SEP.
1.6. Given reasonable grounds to believe that a User is involved in any form of Prohibited Activities and Behaviours or Prohibited Use of Auxiliary Tools or Services, the Security Team reserves the right to investigate, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any account at any time, including during active gameplay.
1.7. The WPN reserves the right to perform security reviews, gameplay analysis, behavioral analysis, seating analysis, integrity investigations, and enhanced verification procedures at any time, including during active gameplay.
1.8. Enhanced verification procedures may include, but are not limited to:
live player verification,
mandatory webcam monitoring,
live recording of the User while playing,
screen sharing and live monitoring of gameplay,
recording of active applications and gameplay sessions during play,
verification of the User’s playing environment and setup during gameplay,
and requests for additional identification documents or supporting information relevant to the investigation.
The User may be required to visibly demonstrate their poker environment, active gameplay session, and surrounding playing area in real time during verification procedures.
Failure or refusal to cooperate with verification or investigation procedures may itself constitute grounds for penalties under the Security & Ecology Policy.
1.9. Security investigations may include, but are not limited to:
gameplay and statistical analysis,
hand history analysis,
behavioral profiling,
seating and lobby activity review,
device and environment verification,
IP and network analysis,
linked account analysis,
KYC/document verification,
communication review where applicable,
and monitoring of prohibited software or suspicious environments.
1.10. The WPN reserves the right to restrict, monitor, investigate, or suspend accounts associated through shared devices, IP addresses, payment methods, environments, behavioral patterns, coordinated activity, or any other linkage indicators deemed relevant by the Security Team.
1.11. During integrity monitoring or probation periods, withdrawal functionality may be temporarily disabled for a minimum period determined by the WPN. In cases involving Bum Hunting, Predatory Behaviour, or repeated ecology-related violations, the minimum probation/withdrawal restriction period shall be fourteen (14) days while compliance with WPN policies is evaluated.
1.12. Failure or refusal to cooperate with security investigations, including refusal to provide requested information, identification documents, setup information, device verification, or other relevant materials, may itself constitute grounds for penalties.
1.13. Attempting to engage in prohibited activities, assisting others in prohibited activities, or attempting to circumvent security or ecology rules may be treated as equivalent to the completed violation itself.
1.14. WPN Rights & Enforcement
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the WPN reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to:
restrict, remove, suspend, or otherwise determine how Users participate in any games or services;
take any action deemed appropriate against Users breaching, attempting to breach, circumventing, or suspected of breaching any part of the Security & Ecology Policy;
conduct investigations, integrity reviews, and verification procedures at any time;
temporarily restrict gameplay, withdrawals, cashier access, rewards, or account functionality during investigations or integrity monitoring periods;
determine the outcome of any disputes, investigations, or enforcement actions relating to gameplay, integrity, ecology, or security matters.
All Users acknowledge and agree that decisions rendered by the Security Team following investigation and review shall be final.

WPN reserves the right to apply sanctions at its sole discretion and such measures do not necessarily follow a fixed order of enforcement.
